It features a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bath with stand in shower and WC, with stunning views of Poole Harbour directly from the window. The second bedroom sleeps 4 with a king size bed and bunk beds with an ensuite shower room with a WC. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and plenty of space for personal belongings. A real feature of this property is the stunning views from both sides of the property to enjoy after a day relaxing on the beach. Parking is allocated at the rear of the property with guest parking at the front. Outside shower and hand shower allowing you to wash off from a day on the beach and items such as boogie boards, kites etc. There are also five new 'beach hut' installations adjacent to each car park bay at the rear of the block, guests will have full use to store beach boards, wet suits or bikes directly from the car into the 6' by 4' secure storage unit. This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and NO pets allowed. Please note - this accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only - we do not accept hen/stag parties and it is at the owners discretion to accept groups. Security Deposit (pre authorisation of a credit/debit card) for the amount of £300.00 is taken 3 days before your arrival; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTION but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure.
