We are selling our lovely van as we are working abroad as of next month. We were only away in it 4 days ago so have used it right to the end! We have used it for motocross events and holidays! It is a cracking van with a few little faults that can easily be rectified. It is 23ft or 5.50m long and weighs 1155kg unladen and can be laden to 1500kg. I have just put 4 brand new tyres on it £200 Brand new leisure battery The Fridge has just been serviced by BW Caravan Services and is now very cold!!! It also had a habitation service and gas check from the same company. Features include 2 double beds 1 single foldable bunk bed Privacy wall which closes off the back bedroom area Extendable dinner table to the front Double glazing, fly screens and blackout blinds throughout Stoves oven, grill and 4 burner hob Whale water pump On board 40 gallon water tank Fanmaster Gas/electric central heating and air con 3 way Gas/electric fridge with freezer compartment Carver Cascade Gas/electric water heating Electric hookup cable Thetford Cassette Full flush toilet (needs attention) Fitted bathroom with lots of storage cupboard space Car charging mode for charging while towing Status Tv aerial and sockets Bar cupboard with clips to hold bottles in place Also fitted with an alarm system (although I don't know how to use it) Absolutely loads of storage everywhere. 2 x Aqua Rolls 1 x Wastemaster Milenco Wheel Clamp You will get a lot of caravan and space for very little money. The faults are small but are worth mentioning: 1 window stay needs replacing Bunk bed needs 2 screws replacing Jockey wheel winder needs replacing 2 Flyscreens missing. Skylight Mesh torn Toilet needs attention/ I have changed the micro switches to no avail so we flush it manually. Cracked shower tray although repaired with sealant. Kitchen window has a chip on the bottom edge. It does not affect the seal or water tightness. The floor has one soft spot. Couple of small marks on the exterior. No Awning I have mentioned all the points good or bad and for an 18 year old it really is fantastic. Any viewing is more than welcome.
