Needs TLC Large rabbit hutch in Bournemouth, Dorset for sale

Rabbit hutch no longer needed. About 3yrs old. Good size. Bunnies can easily stand. As you can see from the pics it does need a good jet wash and painting. Barely any chew marks just male bunny "paint" work! Doesn't leak. Slight cracks in wood in places but doesn't go right through. Some rusting to the bars. Has a sleeping area with arched entrance. The upstairs black flooring can be taken off (wood underneath) and replaced or left off. The upstairs can be shut off from the downstairs with a fold down hatch. The downstairs floor is plastic lined, it can be pulled right out for easier cleaning. We drilled a few holes in it for drainage when rained. Hutch is on four legs so off the ground. Whilst it needs some loving its too good to tip! I'm moving soon and already have 4 hutches and 6 bunnies so I'm not planning on anymore! Have tried to show everything in pics.
